Established in 2010 by husband and wife team Rob & Angela Barnett, Marina Life Homes quickly grew to become the agent of choice for many buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants alike.

Hampshire Life Homes

Due to a high demand from our clients, in 2016 we launched Hampshire Life Homes.

Set up to meet the needs of buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords alike, Hampshire Life Homes has extended our reach to Town, Countryside and Village Homes across the whole of Hampshire.

Marina Life Homes has traditionally experienced high levels of success in selling property not normally associated with the Marina brand, and by taking this success, adding to that our experience and prestigious location, means Hampshire Life Homes have a proposition that can rival most other estate and letting agents brands within this location.

Marina & Hampshire Life Homes

In 2020 we merged both companies to create Marina & Hampshire Life Homes, which is a trading name of Marina Life Homes Limited.

We have our head office centrally located in the prestigious Port Solent Marina in Portsmouth where footfall regularly exceeds 4 million (Time Rich) visitors a year. That certainly make this a great location to give your home maximum exposure.  

To ensure you received the best service possible we are Licensed Members of The Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and The National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and adhere to their Code of Conduct.
